Tan Zexun // Demo Reel 2013
 

My first ever demo reel, made with stuff from 2013 and before. Kinda late to the party, but better late than never, right? Wanted to wait till I could get my hands on the live broadcast recording work. Half DSLR, half FS700 work.

I'm just a young guy passionate in film making, but be brutal with the criticisms / comments please! What d'you guys think?

Many thanks for sharing this, Tan -- there's nothing in your reel that I can criticize. It's always interesting for me to see a quick glimpse of everyday life from the other side of the planet. That's one of the most rewarding things about DV Info Net, the opportunity to watch pieces like yours.

I like the way the soundtrack was eq'd. Shelving the high end seems to pull the viewer in.
