confused about monitor resolution
I've been trying to find a cheap HD monitor solution.
I tried a cheap monitor connected via composite and it wasn't much chop so..
I bought a better monitor - 8" VGA touchscreen 800x600...

I thought so too but surely the point of the truecolour preset is to retain the maximium amount of information so the image can be altered in post therefore an 'in camera' comparison is not valid.
