WTB: DVX100 (maybe A)
 

I am looking into getting a DVX100 (or A) and just wanted ot see if anyone on her was wanting to sell one, for around $900-1100. I assume for that price it will probably have high hours , so that's not a problem, but I'm expect everything else to be in working order. I hope I'm not completely out of my mind. I've seen a few on ebay sell around this price. I would just rather buy form this forums' users. If you have a different price in mind let me know.

I need to get rid of my remaining equipment, and among that is my no longer needed version of Final Cut Studio. I don't need this anymore because I no longer have the Mac. I'm selling this for $800 so you can go to Apple and purchase the Final Cut Studio 2 upgrade for $499 and get the new version for around the same price as buying it new.

Upon this sale, I'm fully transferring ownership to the buyer. I originally bought this software package directly from Apple and I'm the original owner. All manuals are in PRISTINE condition and all original CDs and DVDs are included in their original protective sleeves. Also includes the 5.1 crossgrade so this will run on the Intel Macs. Great deal for anyone needing a Mac editing package.

i had mine set up as a dual power system on my camera.

it has a conection that plugs rite into the camera battery compartment and then allows you to run two batteries at once instead of having to change them once there dead...

anyhow as of now tis still available...

i would prefer to just simply sell it but if no one else has any itnerest its going to nick.

I think he meant DV 5000, not DY 5000. It's an industry standard camera - quite popular.

Yeah, I figured as much, although there appeared to have been a DY5000 model from JVC at some point, which is why I was asking.

I'm familiar with the DV5000.

Doing a Google on DY5000 brought up a couple of foreign forum links with absolutely no info other than the camera model.
