That is correct there are two Pro's and one tota v-light in the kit. The bulbs are extras. That makes a total of 6 lights.

It is complete. It includes the original box, the original installation CD with serial number on the sleeve, the "Field Guide" (50 pages) and the focus chart, white balance card and exposure chart cards on a lanyard with protective sleeve.

Transferring the license is easy, I call Adobe, and include a form you need to sign and fax or mail in.
