WTB: LetusXLv1

Looking for the cheapest LetusXL I can get. Any condition is fine, v1 is fine, or I will consider a good v2 as well. I'm hoping to put together a cheap XL1-35mm kit to test some action footage (where the possibility of camera/adapter damage is high).

Drop me an e-mail. Thanks!

Just a quick note to let everyone know Cesar is a good trader here at hdvinfo. I purchased a glidecam 2000 from him.

Good luck Cesar in finding a A1

FS: Near brand new Tascam HD-P2 recorder $750

Never been used on the field nor a bag. Bought this and tested it out at the house. This guy can read TC from your Slate. See attachment for pics of the recorder.

Reason for Selling: I am getting the green light to get the SD 702T, so this new guy has to go. Recorder is 100% perfect, not a single scratch on the lcd screen even.

$750 + paypal fees (or you can just send me a money order or check). Item lives in a non smoking house. Let me know if you need more pics ...etc.

Xl2 For Sale

I've finally made the dive into HD, and will be selling my trusty XL2 to buy P2 cards and a redrock adaptor.

Since I'm selling the Canon, I'll have no use for the canon accessories I own, and will be selling them with the camera for a bundle price.

The package includes:

(1) Canon XL2 (body + 20x lens)
(1) Pelican 1610 custom fitted case (hard case)
(4) Lenmar LIC-941 5 hour batteries
(1) Canon VL-10LI 10-Watt On Camera Video Light
(1) Petrol rain cover

Mind you, the camera now retails for $3,900.00
The case retails for $190.00
Each of the batteries retail for $90.00
The camera light retails for $90.00
and the Rain cover retails for $100.00

So were you to purchase it all new, it would run you $4,630.00 before tax. I know tax veries from state to state, but in CA, we're at 8.25% so, that would add an additional $382.00 for a grand total of $5,012.00

Everything in this package is completely useful if you want to be a versataile film maker. This package allows you to shoot long hours without having to run back to a charger (each of these batteries runs about 5 hours), shoot in the rain and other wet conditions (also useful for desert shoots), and shoot in poorly lit rooms, or at night. And you have the peace of mind of a custom fitted hard case to keep it all protected.

The camera itself is in great condition, with only a slight scratch on the ND filter ring on the side of the lens (a merely cosmetic wear on an otherwise well kept camera).

I've probably got about 200 hours on the camera itself, but had the entire tape assembly replaced just under a year ago when my warranty was close to expiring, and brought it back to factory standards. So, about half of those hours apply to the heads in the camera as of now.

I'm selling it for $3,500.00

As I will have no use for the accessories, I will not sell any of these items separately.

Email me at: Nick@harrisfilms.com for any offers or inquiries!

mission accomplished!

WTB Shoulder support for FX1

I prefer image 2000 must be in good condition.

Thanks,

Might want to come down on your price. You can get all that stuff brand new for $3,500.

Nick Harris March 31st, 2007 11:25 PM

Would you mind pointing me in the direction of a website that sells the camera for a significantly lower price than $3,900?

This is for the body and lens, as well as a whole lot of other stuff.
