Mike the only thing I think you could be referring to is the bvm-d9h5u which is a 9" HD monitor which isnt' really a replacement for the 8045

Allan Rejoso April 1st, 2004 12:57 AM

If your son can deal with Jap menus, you can get the Jap version of the 953 for $800 brand-new. It would have been a lot cheaper if not for the strong Yen.

I would be interested in the steadicam also, but I live in the US. Is it still available?
I'd like to know how much that is in US dollars also

Thanks!

Nick Hiltgen April 1st, 2004 09:13 AM

Monitor is an 8041q not an 8044, same features but not an HR monitor, sorry for any confusion. I'll have a price list up shortly.

Nick,
Well nobody's going to criticize you for deceptive representation.

- Crummy boom pole
- Generic tripod

Your listing gave me quite a late-night chuckle!

(BTW folks, Nick's offering some good prices on his gear. If you're in the market I suggest grabbing some of that kit before he regains his sanity!)

Super-8 Sound for SALE!

I still have three Super-8 cameras, one sound editor and one sound Super-8 projector for sale that could be yours for a STEAL! Boy do I negotiate! I am the original owner of the Sankyo, Eumig and Elmo editor.

Sankyo XL 600s low light sound
Elmo 1012 XL sound
Bell and Howell (still in the box) low light silent Super 8
Eumig Sound projector
Elmo Editor (with sound module)

I've already sold my Chinon Pacific to a fellow in Denmark! DENMARK of all places, can you imagine? And I've sold my other Elmo projector to a fellow in Florida.

E-mail me at Invfraudguy@hotmail.com if you are interested. I have pictures of everything I can e-mail you.

Ken thanks, I just know how sometimes you might order something (like I don't know... a boom pole through ebay) and then find out that you'd have better luck using the end of a mop handle (it wasn't that bad...)

Thanks for the kind words.

Nick
