Its a century .3x ultra fisheye bayonet mount, it won't work on your camera.

Ride-on Dolly w/ Jib Arm
 

We bought a Cameleon Dolly system with track for a client project (http://www.premierstudioequipment.com/Catalog/104002.html) and needed 2 dollies. Our budget didn't allow another Cameleon so we decided to have an engineer build a duplicate -- it rolls on ladder track or ground, has a seat for one rider (and a handle for someone to push) and has a spring-loaded arm that moves camera up and down. The spring loaded arm lets you move the camera with one finger. You just put whatever head you want on the end.

If we were to sell the dolly (without ladder) for, say, $1000 - would anyone be interested? If not, we'll just Ebay it.
