Hi Ed.

No, it's not less expensive there. As you mention, it just doesn't come with additional accessories. On eBay it states, "Unit comes with all standard accessories and original box." On the dealer website, it states, "Basic package includes DSR-250 Camcorder RMT-811 Remote Commander 4 MB Memory Stick Picture Gear 4.1 Lite USB driver for PC and Mac Directional monaural microphone (ECM-NV1) DXF-801 viewfinder Lens Hood Lens."

What I'm selling with it is all necessary stuff I bought separately: Case, Tripod, Batteries, Charger, ect.

I researched used 250s extensively before I settled on a price, and this is pretty much in line with what I've seen. Even the one on eBay, when you consider that it is without additional accessories, is in the same price range as what I am asking.

We can talk about price, but I won't be coming down to the price it is on eBay. They simply aren't selling all that I am selling. And I won't be splitting up the package.

Thanks,
Lisa

WTB Sony DSR 200 or 250

Ed.

FYI, I believe the basic kit does *not* include tripod plate, batteries and charger. Those things all need to be bought separately.

"Basic package includes DSR-250 Camcorder, RMT-811 Remote Commander, 4 MB Memory Stick, Picture Gear 4.1 Lite USB driver for PC and Mac, Directional monaural microphone (ECM-NV1), DXF-801 viewfinder Lens, Hood Lens."

Hope this helps.

Interested in a super mint Canon Optura 300?
(extras: SLS 2X tele-converter & 4HR battery)

After a large Canon bill I have to sell either my XL1s or my vx2000. If i went with the XL1s it would be with brand new heads, just got them replaced by Canon because it was eating the tape when rewinding. Also has a large portabrace case, canon video light and the MA200.

I have proof of the replacement heads, they also did a complete inspection and cleaning, so I guess that makes it refurbished. Has about 5 min on the new heads. Obviously i would be asking more than what you could get an older xl1s by itself for but if your interested let me know.

Glidecam 1000

What are the chances I could get 200 shipped for my good used glidecam 1000?

Bob Costa December 16th, 2004 08:16 PM

Sorry I can't resist. <g>

Are you looking for a consultation or making an offer to sell it?

Rhett Allen December 16th, 2004 11:21 PM

yea, don't start that "just testing the waters" crap I've seen on other boards! You either want to sell it or you don't!

What are the specs of the 1000 anyway? Any links to images or articles?

Gage Luce December 17th, 2004 12:26 AM

This is a sale. Sorry for the wording. Not 'testing' the water or looking for consultation, just looking to move it.

Here is a review

Thanks, and sorry for any confusion.

Do you have any pictures of the unit itself? Especially the human contact area. Maybe even somedetail shots on how to hold it. I hope I'm not asking too much.
I don't know what the company is thinking with thier marketing photos on thier website.
