Still for sale

What's the going price and the accessories with this? Is it still for sale

Ken Tanaka October 18th, 2004 10:09 PM

John,
As the old adage goes, "If you don't ask, you don't get.". I wish you luck.

You're the second person to ask for such consideration in the past week or two. But individuals selling their gear aren't finance companies so you have to be realistic. A seller would have absolutely no recourse in the event you defaulted on your payments. (An eventuality strongly suggested by your "struggling student" remark.)

I advise you to either save for a camera (the best course) or to obtain a credit card or a conventional loan.

NCE - FS: iPaq 1940

Not Camera Equipment – I have a brand new HP iPaq 1940 for sale. This link will take you to the HP 1940 page with all the important specs . I can send you pictures if you’re interested. The unit is a warranty replacement. I have only powered it on once to make sure it works. I will include a usb cradle, two batteries, 2x 128mn SD cards, and a metal hard case. I looking for about $350 CND ( something like $270 USD ), and would prefer to ship in Canada, but it doesn’t really matter.

I don’t really have much history here. I sold my 10d two month ago here, but nothing other then that.

Send me an e-mail at hydromedusa@shaw.ca

I can say for the recorded that Neil was awesome to deal with (I bought his camera). He made the sale so easy and was very honest and pleasure to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone that asked. I wish there was more that I could say, but he is the best!!

Here is the official website of the camcorder, in case you are new to this:
http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/con...&modelid=10350

here are my pictures of the exact Canon XL1s Body that I'm trying to sell:
http://fongunlimited.com/temp/xl1s

Price: $2,000 USD is my asking price.

Shipping: FOB (freight on buyer) to US ONLY!

Payment: I can only accept paypal or VISA/MC via paypal. Nothing else.

Yi Fong Yu October 19th, 2004 10:37 PM

out of curiosity, does this include the standard 16x lens or no lens?

Tony Hall October 19th, 2004 11:24 PM

A new XL1s with lens goes for as little as $2200. I'd give $1500, so I could actually buy a lens to use with it. If you decide that you would go that low, I could pay via PayPal, email me.

Shaggy Franks October 20th, 2004 12:06 AM

Yeah, it's comes with it. Everything that was in the Box.
