800gig Serial ATA RAID
I am selling a hardly used 5 Drive Serial ATA(SATA) 5-drive RAID. The system runs 5-200gb Seagate drives. So it comes with a total of 1 terabyte of storage. But with this RAID system, you run 4 drives with the 5th acting as the backup(RAID 3 setup).
This usually comes disassembled, but I have assembled it for you(saves about an hour of work). It also comes with a 5-port SATA card(SyncRAID). It also comes with all the SATA cables and software. FS: Canon XL1 Body and MA-100 XLR Adapter
For sale is a Canon XL1 Body only (no lens) with standard shoulder pad, CA-910 charger, and remote control. The body is near mint condition. The only blemish is a scratch on the tape cover door which is hardly even noticeable in the pics.
I am the original owner and just got the camera back from Canon service in Irvine, CA where it was cleaned and checked all in good working order. All in all the camera has been used to film 3 short documentaries, 4 short films, 3 weddings, and some miscellaneous test shoots. Asking $1400 obo. This fall I got hired at a video firm so I find myself no longer working freelance, I figure I should try and sell my equipment before this spring.

An old beat up Panasonic camera case, it comes with a ton of compartments, I use this to hold all my audio gear, the xlr shoulder adaptor, the 3x lens, sturdy, rubber edges, but very easy access 4 Batteries, various sizes, all Canon The dual battery charger, I don't have it in my pack at the moment so i don't have the info for it. 3 filters, a UV filter, a diffusion filter and an ND filter. The remote control That little stock shoulder pad I never used. A EV handheld microphone and 2 XLR cables, one about 20-30 foot long, another about 8 foot (just right for standing in front of the camera with) I'm sure there is something else I'm forgetting. Condition: Everything has been immaculately cared for, almost everything comes with its original box and documentation (other than the XL1s manual, which I lost, but you can get that online in PDF format easily) The camera has been used, I have no idea how many hours, but the camera has been sent in regularly for service, the last time was this fall for alignment and cleaning. It has also been babied and buckled up in the backseat on trips. Price Everything is for sale at 74% of market value, quoted at B&H or Adorama, as that's where I shop. Currently adding up all the items listed everything would come to a list of 8609 at 70% that would be $6000 the batteries, the cases, and everything else under also included is gratis with the whole system. Not included but available for sale: A Libec tripod, non fluid head, but it gets the job done. Perfect for a still cam or a lighter camera, but by no means bad to use on the xl1s, its just nothing special. Bogen Manfrotto Monopod, three stage aluminum, I think I paid about fifty for it. Audio Technica wireless lav system, It mounts on the back of the cam. Field Audio Mixer
For Sale: Field Audio Mixer by TW ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS Model LP4 (Location Production). I prefer this to Shure fp33 or 32A. It has very clean preamps and solid european design. The unit is designed for ENG/EFP and high quality sound mixing in motion picture or television film. I've upgraded to a Wendt X4 and have decided to sell my backup, which has seen little use lately. The mixer is in excellent condition and has been used and maintained by owner/operator engineers.
I bought this used from the original buyer who works cinema audio and used this mixer on several major American films. It has four channels in and one out. It was designed to be used with a NAGRA recorder (hence the single out), but it has been used with DAT and straight into a DV camera as well. I am selling an FX1 on the Video Information Board. It only has around 20 hours on it and according to my original receipt and the posting on sony, it is still in warranty. I have included the carrying case (extra) it's a porta-brace and an extra battery plus all of the included accessories including the original box. It is in perfect condition and I am merely selling it because I have moved to a new company that is focused on application development not media production. I am asking $2,550 plus shipping for it,which is considerably less than what I paid just 9 months ago. .Canon ZR-1000 Zoom Remote Control is in good working order, the only issue with it is of the two screws on the bottom that tighten it to the tripod handle, one was lost, it has been replaced with a stock screw. Remote 129 Canon VL-10LI is in great condition, its rather new, and was never used that often, I will throw in a book of cinegels I have, I find you can tape them over the light to soften the brightness or change the tones of the light, it would sell for 49 The Audio-Technica ATW UHF lav mic is in great condition, It is rather new (this is really a great mic) I could send you a wave file if you wish, It has a few cosmetic scuffs on the corners of the bodypack, (I didn't notice until I inspected it closely honestly) it also has a strip of that hard plastic (its not really Velcro, but it works the same) it is adhered to the back of the body pack, I assume it comes off just fine, but I don't want to remove it until I know its getting separated from the xl1s' MA-200 or that it is undesired, the other thing is it shipped with 3 of these little sticky windbreakers that go over the lavaliere, one of those has been used, two remain. 74% would be 370 dollars. I will include a 6 inch, high quality XLR cable with this if you desire, I ordered it specifically to run from the body pack to the XL1s' XLR input. Though I can assure you it has held up very well, The EF adaptor is in perfect mint 'you couldnt tell it wasnt new' condition, comes with a nice leather case in the same condition, it was working as of a month ago (A photographer I worked with had a very long zoom camera lens, I was able to turn my camera into a telescope (Just happened to be a full moon too) As far as the price, if you can find a link from a major video equipment retailer I would sell it for 74% of that. I couldnt find it on B&H I would be more hesitant to sell the 16x lens at this moment as it would be much better to sell it with the camera, also my case fits that lens perfectly. But if the camera does go to Adorama, it probably wont matter if I break up the set, so you are free to make an offer on it, 74% would be 961 dollars. |
