Bought this 4 months ago, but I haven't used this at ALL. I find that shooting handheld is more my style, and I eschew any of the stability that this rig adds. But this rig does a fantastic job of getting rid of the shakies.

This DOES NOT come with the new Proteus Quick-Release system, since that wasn't released when I purchased this.

It's incredibly well-build, and totally modular, so you can take it apart and configure it however you'd like.
