I'm a Kessler novice so bear with me here. Without the remote head how does one control the camera movement other than booming? Does it simply become an auto leveling head at that point?

Withdrawn from sale.

I have decided to hang onto this. The HMC41 is a bit tiny on top, but it just about balances, and boy is it a good tripod.

If your camera has an Anton Bauer mount, the camera can run from the sled/bottom battery. I am including the cord and the battery plate. It comes with the original soft case and all original accessories (stand, cables, etc).

What kind of audio stuff are you looking for?

I would be interested in some things like Sound Devices recorders, Schoeps or Sennheiser matched pair microphones, and I'm certainly interested in other similar things, partial or full trade possible.
Thanks!

I'd love it but I'm not in the market for one till late August. Had a budget for practically the same thing for $2500.

It is an auto-leveling crane and as well as having the ability to tilt with the crane attached to the Hercules Head.

You can't pan it other than swinging the arm. And at the full extension 18' and 12' you have to lock off the hercules head for safety. However, in the 8' and 5.5' configurations you can use your tripod head.

This link should help you - http://www.kesslercrane.com/images/s...%20All%203.mov

It shows how this works. Kessler doesn't recommend this in the 12 or 18 configuration though.
