JVC HD100u || IDX System || Case || $1800
 

I'm selling my JVC HD100u with an IDX Endura V-mount battery kit.

The package has all of the original boxing and manuals and everything the two parts came with along with a UV filter that has been on the camera 24/7 and a nice Kata case and rain slicker. The entire package works flawlessly other than the HDV firewire chip is (believed to be) blown.

I don't want to deal with the firewire, and it is a good reason to upgrade.

Chris, I said they're "up there" for that much. Never said they were getting that much. Hell there are a few new ones up there for $2999.00 as well. I think they might be up there til my unborn child graduates college..

B&H has them used for @ $2,200. I doubt they're selling either.

The JVC BR-HD50E is a compact desktop 12V DC recorder player, offering both DV and HDV recording. It accepts both MiniDV and full-size DV cassettes and operates in HD and SD as a source deck for an NLE system, as a tape archiving recorder and with its HDMI port - As an HD presentation deck.

In HD mode it plays and records in both 50Hz and 60Hz, plus various different cross-conversion facilities are built-in, including output of 1080i. It is a truly flexible multi-format video machine and is therefore the perfect partner VTR for owners of the highly regarded GY-HD100 / 101 HDV camcorders from JVC.

Please note that this deck cannot play tapes recorded on HDV1080i camcorders such as the Sony HVR-Z1E / A1E / Canon XL-H1...

These are great cameras and there's a JVC standalone deck for sale in this forum. That'd be a great little package.
