it will work with mac os, IF you are not using above 10.5.4, or if you are intel, you will have to use Parallels or VMWare Fusion to boot into Windows to mount them, if you have upgraded your OS to the latest version.

yeah man, if you running Tiger, even on an intel, you aight. once you upgrade above 10.5.6, iriver music manager will crash your machine, and you will have to boot
into Windows to transfer the files.
