45watt CFLs use 22 watts
 

I measured some 45 watt rated CFLs as only using 22 watts with my kill a watt. This seems right according to how much light they put out. I'm wondering if this is an issue with the particular brand I bought, or whether most all 45 watt CFLs are that overrated. Other larger CFLs that I've tested weren't so overrated.
