dimmer for 12v
 

I am using a Lowel Pro light with 12v lamp for an on-camera source. It has a Chimera mini softbox on it.

The Pro light does not have a dimmer. I would like to put one inline from the battery pack. What kind of dimmer does one use?

I would assume some kind of DC reostat with a 100w rating would work. Any suggestions or comments?
