other lenses to run with hpx500
 

Hi guys, I have a hpx500 and have been using the Fujinon x17 w 2x lens and its been working great. I was wondering what other lenses can fit this camera (hd lens) .. As long as its 2/3, it'll fit right? Is there a mount to run dslr lenses?

I'm looking for a lens that is a bit 'wider'

Then fujinon wide angle lens should be a good addition, with the HPX500 you can generally get away with SD lenses and they can give a nice look, not sure if a DSLR adaptor is available or what advantage you would gain over a good broadcast wide angle lens.

The HD version of this lens is a lot more, I know several people who are using SD lenses with the HPX500 with great results.

Any 2/3" B4 mount lens will fit the camera and you can get real bargains on e-bay to extend your lens choice.
