Should I be using 0 or 7.5 for setup?

Am I right in believing that HD work should be set at 0 IRE and SD work at 7.5?

There is no "setup" in HD. It's always zero.

The only way that setup enters the equation is in the question of whether you want the camera to add setup to the downconverted SD output that goes out the video outputs.
