Suggest setting for best grading in post?

Currently have a hacked GH2 (88mbps) and looking at maybe getting the GH3
But first I need to get better at colour correction (yeah I know they are not the best but my work lacks good coloring).

So I'm wondering what is the best setting to get a flat profile that is best for coloring.

Thanks!

Yeah I'd like to hear what others are using. Just switched from the 5diii with cinestyle, it's hard to go back to baked in contrast and sharpness. Is there a place to let the panasonic engineers know that we'd like a cinestyle type of profile for the gh series.
All I've used is the suggested Natural -5, -5, 0, -5 setting that seems to be what folks are saying is the flattest you can get out of the gh3 and it's really not all that flat. But the footage was pretty flexible and I got it to match the flat profile on a 60d pretty well using the shadow/highlight and levels in adobe premiere.
cheers,
Jayson

Well, to be fair, the cinestyle preset on the 5d is still baked in. I've been using the same, -5, -5, 0, -5.

OK, firstly not sure why we are talking about 5d.

Secondly I recommend you get the Ripple Training Resolve core training, it is execlent and writern bu the man who wrote the book (and the manual).
