Just got my GH2 back. Help needed
 

So back in the beginning of July, my GH2 took a dive and needed to be sent in for repairs. I just got it back today. Not exactly the ten day turn around they promised. Anyway, they wiped out all my presets and I'm back to a stock camera. I was wondering if any of you want to share your video setups? What is working best for you? I can set the basics (frame rate, shutter, aperture) without having to go to the manual, but some of the other features like meter mode, i.Dynamic, AF/AE lock, etc are more then I can tackle without the manual. If any of you have figured out how to pull the best quality out of this amazing little camera, I would live to hear your input.
