I shot this entirely on the Panasonic GH2 with the 14-140mm Lens.

24P Mode.
Smooth Setting.
Settings were -2 Contrast, 0 Saturation, 0 Noise Reduction, and 0 Sharpness.
Shutter Speed was set at 50.
ISO was at 160 entire time.
Edited in Sony Vegas Pro 9.

This was the first music video I shot on the GH2. Let me know what you think! I did forget to lock the exposure on some shots. I normally shoot in Aperture Priority setting so you can see it change sometimes. Not a huge deal but you should lock your exposure if you use this setting.
