This adapter is different in that it doesn't control the EOS lenses' aperture like the pending one from Birger Engineering ($700 or so) it has an iris of its own, $125 plus $15 shipping.

Great find! Personally the price tag on the Birger is off putting. Maybe for the guy with 6k worth of Canon glass it makes sense.

I ordered the Kipon adapter yesterday, hopefully it will be delivered next week. Anyone used it already?
