Submit issues/question to Panasonic
 

Hi have a few firmware-related problems / questions / suggestions about my HC-VX870 camcorder, which I have submitted using the online form on Panasonic's Europe site (which was redirected to the local .BE site).
Despite the promise that they would "come back to me ASAP", I never saw any ack, nor of course any answer.

Does anyone know a way to reach Panasonic to submit (firmware) issues, questions or suggestions for consumer products like this one ???
