Just order a Panasonic NV-GS400K from www.pricejapan.com
Cost US$1,000 to New Zealand.
I look forward to the camera. 8 ) |
Did you make sure it was a PAL one and not NTSC (unless you specifically want NTSC)?

It is NTSC and I want NTSC. The only thing I don't like it is japanese menu. Regards Leigh |
I just checked that GS400 PAL English edition sold in NZ for equivalent to US$2334.50. I can't believe that.

US$2334.50?? Now that's a rip-off! People can't be buying these cams down there for that kind of money. Can they?

My collegue explained to me that some people don't know how to use internet nowdays. So it might be a reason that they have to pay high price. Knowledge means money. 8 ) |

The retailer in NZ asked me to pay only JVC GY-DV5001 camera body at the same price I got from http://www.alartvideo.com/ for camera body with two batteries, charger, Fujinon s20x6.4brm-sd lense and 5 year usa warranty and a camera bag multiple filters. I would say to these guy "Thank you for the offer" and do bank wire transfer buying overseas. 8 )
