ag-ux180 LED screen magenta cast
 

New ag-ux180 with a magenta cast on the LCD screen, even after a white balance, on Auto or Manual.

Electronic view finder also has the magenta cast, plus a narrow, bright vertical stipe in the center of the finder.

None of this shows on my edit room reference monitor.

Is this common on ux180's?

How can I balance the screens and remove the stripe without changing the output video?
