live to air thru my camcorder
 

hello,
I shoot weddings during the summer and alot of large weddings need me to shoot live to air on projector screens. I use my normal Sony FX1 cameras with a S.video cable on BNC to the banquet hall projectors-no complaints-
but very retricted to moving around the hall because of the cables plus kids and peoples traffic sometimes can pull out the cables and damage them.
any way I could go wireless and get a quality control video still without robbing the bank or selling my car....
I JUST ALSO BOUGHT A SONY HXRNX5U-plan to use it soon.

there are a few wireless video options available, and they don't have to be hugely expensive
The Air SyncHD | Wireless HDMI | Wireless HDMI Transmitter
is one. There are limitations with cheaper systems that go away with more $$$, but they may do the trick for you. Your audience in that venue is not likely to be too discerning when it comes to the live output, so a cheaper system may work for you

i dont have hdmi.
do u know any device that can go s video or some other form of transfer.
