Hey u been reading up on certain cameras.
What do they mean by 2:2 pulldown? what does this mean Thanks |
I had to check up on this. The 2-2 pull down, is seemingly used for the transfer of film - basically one film frame to one video frame.
On a camera, I assume that means one progressive frame into one interlaced video frame (as in Psf), but I could be wrong. The 2-3 pull down is used to convert from 24 to 29.97 frames/s as used in the NTSC countries. |
