production critique
hi gang,

I have never come across this form before, in this line of work.
Good idea to have one's clients fill one out, and see where improments can/should be made. Nobody is a better judge of your work than your client. Usually it works like it does in restaurants: if the client liked the food (and the waitress), he will come back for more.. |
I have used them but they can be a bit of a 2 edged sword. You need a strong ego for some of the painful feedback and some clients take it too seriously and look to find fault, which makes everyone unhappy with the work. I would only use them with repeat customers that already had a strong relationship to us.
