Recording On-screen tutorials
Hello all,
I need to record a short tutorial on Photoshop to be cut into a video. I have never entered this territory before and so really need some help. Am I to presume it starts with an application? If so, what would be a selection of decent ones, and most importantly, easy to grasp quickly! An further advice or ideas would be helpful, like I said, totally new to this. Thank you, Ryan |
iShowU and iShowU HD if you are on a Mac.

Try camtasia

Microsoft Producer might be a screen capture option if you can edit WMV files.

PC-- Capture Wiz Pro, on-line shareware...good, cheap. Vista, at least some versions, has the screen capture function built-in. Mac: Snapz Pro X / Battle Vaughan/miamiherald.com video team

It's VERY un-Maclike in throwing up an annoying splash screen on every boot sequence during the trial period - reminding you that the program is sitting there likely gobbling processor cycles in the background while you do other stuff. |
I've had great success with a freeware program called Wink.
