capture frames withot capture all movie on hard disc
 

Need some software to capture maximum quality frames from my xl1s. With premiere pro, first i need to capture movie on hard disc and after that i can take a frames. Is it possible to save only same frames (during reproduction on monitor) without saving first movie? Thanx. Mario
