Interlaced capture footage

I shoot with the PDX10, and I have noticed that after I caputred the footage onto my computer, when the camera pans quickly, you can really see the fields in the interlaced image. It's very disturbing, but when I plug the camera directly to my TV, I don't notice the fields in the interlaced image.

I'll be very appreciative if anyone has pointers on how to treat this problem.

Thanks

Usually, the computer screen does not show the right image. If your target format is TV, then look at your TV. Your TV may not get overscan right (TVs vary in their overscan area) and its colors are probably inaccurate unless you have a calibrated professional NTSC monitor.

Explanation: your computer monitor is progressive so it doesn't show interlaced footage correctly.
