V.I.O. POV.HD Camera, firmware upgrade

V.I.O. just posted their v1.09 firmware upgrade.

It solves the dropped frame problem and opens up the blacks which were previously badly crushed.

I did a brief test for frame rate and it's OK. I also noticed the more open shadows. Both are major improvements in quality.
