3/4" tape repair in Los Angeles area?
 

I am importing a handful of 25+ year old 3/4" tapes for a Blu-ray featurette and one of them flickers and drops out during capture - it's only 5 minutes long and I figure I can get it fixed. I've tried Google and various websites to find a Los Angeles facility that does 3/4" tape repair but the results are less than helpful or linking to places out of state.

Is mailing it my only option or does anyone know of a local Los Angeles place to get 3/4" tapes repaired? Thanks for any help.
