I've ordered from them in the past and more recently ordered a 10 pack of Fuji MiniDV tapes. The prices are very good, and thank you for reminding me that I have to reorder.
At one point I began placing the order, but then cancelled the process to check on other things in my studio. Total Media emailed me and said they noticed I didn't finish the order and wondered if there was anything they could help with. Some might see this as pushy, but I like to see a the customer relationship management actually work. I told them I would be ordering, but it would happen in the future.
No problems with Total Media.
