Software Question
 
I'm a Mac user and have a friend who purchased the JVC 100u and he's looking for software advice. He uses Windows and is shooting in mp4 format. His files play fine in VLC but he uses a program called Magix Movie and he's getting no useable audio. Is there a PC program available that can be used with this JVC without breaking the bank? Any suggestions?

If your friend records in MP4 setting, there is a free software available for download from Sony Broadcast. ClipBrowser version 2.6 can read all JVC clips and can convert them into other formats for NLE's. Give it a test.
