Shaun, I hope you are wrong about this lens fitting on the COPLA. I did do some research before buying it and the thing that made me go for it was this video which definitely references both the HZ-CA13U PL mount AND the Lomo Lens Zoom 16OPF12-1 10x10/2,5.


Note the sharpness shown on the video. Also, unless I'm totally off wack, Tim Dashwood bought one of these and had it converted to PL mount.

The pictures look fine there, although I'd be cautious about making judgements using a highly compressed on line video. I recall seeing a demo on how good compression was and they showed two samples, one was softer than the other. It turned out that the sharper looking one was the compressed version and the compression had removed the DPs diffusion.
