Does JVC still have the Aurora Service Ctr?
 

Need to send a camera in for service and would rather send it there

I'm pretty sure they do but have you checked their website. They used to list the centers.

I have checked the website, but I don't think I have the necessary security clearance because the only thing I can find is that dang customer service phone prompt number

Nope, I must have gotten rid of the number after I stopped using JVC cameras but maybe you can shout out to Craig Yagnani (sp). He a JVC rep and should be able to help you out.
