3 chip big brother from JVC

a prototype nothing to store images of course you could use a deck. |
I think that's regular HD. Anyway, JVC has an HD camera for the medical community, as well.
Interesting, heath |
JVC 3 chip - and others?
Did you check out the Press Release for the JVC 3-chip? It's got to be expensive...more of a studio camera or medical like Heath said. It's got GenLock etc., so it's not meant for the field.
Wondering if anyone has heard anything in regards to other cameras coming? I know we always post information, but is there anyone holding back information? There are a lot of companies looking in here, so I think someone might have a nugget of information they can share...anyone? Murph |
People in the know have non-disclosure agreements and can't talk...unfortunately, those that don't know, do talk.

Re: 3 chip big brother from JVC
Thanks for the update.
JVC had an earlier version of this camera, using Rockwell's 1080i CMOS chip(s?), running in their booth at NAB last year. |
The old design of the JVC Pro site had HD equipment, including the older version, the medical version, the HD10 and some monitors.
