Light for Green Screen Room & White Room
Hello,
I recently built a White Room 30' Wide x 27' Long and a Green Screen Room 30' wide x 27' long. Both room are 16' in Height. I been trying to find the most cost efficient way to build the lighting grid. From previous blog posting i can across 2 x 96 watt Compact Kit - Compact Kit List - Compact Kits » Do-it-yourself aquarium lighting 2 x 55 watt Compact Kit - Compact Kit List - Compact Kits » Do-it-yourself aquarium lighting I have a couple of questions hopefully some of you can help me with: 1) Which one of the lights above would you suggest i use? 2) How many lights per room would you recommend ? 3) How do you think the light should be positioned in the rooms? 4) I planned on buying lights from kinoflo what color temp would you recommend ? Any insight on this will be greatly appreciated. |
Re: Light for Green Screen Room & White Room
Had a happy accident with a green screen shoot two years ago. I was lighting a 15 foot green screen with four lcd uplight boxes. My assistant accidentally changed the white 5600k light to a green color...very near the screen color....the best key I have ever received in thirty years...an amazing accident. There were also zero hot spots that I use to get while using white lights.
If you can cover you light with a green film it might work.. The lights I used on my green screen shoot was four Chavet Batton uplights. My two cents, Dano |
