I confidently order from any sponsor of this site. I just placed an order for the Matrox MXO2 Mini Max from Videoguys and, like all the sponsors, you get excellent customer service.

Thanx Bill! The MXO2 Mini MAX is a super cool product and we can't wait for the darn Adobe CS4 for Windows drivers to be released in the next week or two.

Gary,

Please tell me I misunderstood you.

The MXO2 is super cool, but is sold without working drivers? And you are waiting for Adobe to supply them in a week or two?

This does not make much sense to me. How can you say a product is super cool but has no working drivers? Don't you test the product first, or are you parroting the Matrox marketing department?

Please explain.

Gary Bettan October 2nd, 2009 01:20 PM

MXO2 Mini has working drivers for FCP and CS4 (win). The MAX technology is currently working on the Mac side only. So FCP guys are using and loving it. The Windows drivers for the MAX technology (and the CompressHD card) are still in beta. Like I said, we hope to have Win drivers from Matrox for the MAX technology in week or two.
