I'm located in Winnipeg, and could help. I'm not sure if i'm what you need though. I'm 15 and I know a good amount about filmmaking (i have a DVC30 and Letus35 myself) and i'd like to get some experience doing something more professional than what i;m doing at the moment.

Contact me at da_rip_2000 at hotmail.com

Even though this is my first post, i am not some weird little kid, atleast i think so...

That would be Saturday the 28th? Sunday is the 29th.

Need Camera Op for Corporate/Instrustrial on May 1-3 in Baltimore, MD (PAID)

I need a camera person for 3 full days in the Baltimore Area for May 1-3. This will be a bilingual Corporate/Industrial EFP shoot using a JVC DV 5000. Knowledge of lighting and teleprompter a huge plus. I will supply all of the gear. I am interested in a reel, rate and positive working attitude. Thanks.

Can't make those dates, but hopefully I can help you out in the future.

Need Camera & Op TODAY in Boise (April 26, 2007)

I was just contact by a musician's agent looking for an interview with his artist this afternoon, April 26th some time between 5pm and 7pm in the artist's hotel room in Boise. The agent is looking for a short 30 minute interview in the urban Hip-hop style. I don't have any more information available, so contacting the agent is your best bet for more info.

I am booked this evening and am unable to shoot this event but I thought I would forward the job notice in case anyone else is available for the shoot. Send me an email (Robinson.Jason@Gmail.com) and I'll forward on the Agent's contact info.

Need 2nd shooter May 12 in Las Vegas

Hi, is anyone available for a May 12 ceremony in Vegas??
Own equipment preferred, although I would provide a cam if needed.
Mainly I need someone to operate a tripod mounted cam during the ceremony.

Thanks,
Vlad
(I can be reached at info@vladfoto.com)

...I should add that the pay is $350 for 2 hours
(an hour of "getting ready" stuff and maybe an hour for the ceremony)

Position filled.

Alex, thanks for your response. My producer has found someone suitable for the job, and no, I didn't think you were a weird kid for applying. Good luck and keep shooting.

Cheers,

Liam.

FCP expert needed

We have 7-8 hours of 720P 59.94 footage from 15 tapes from Panny HDX900 cameras digitized into FCP. We couldn't get our Avid XPress Pro software to ingest it, so we used FCP. However, our editor is an Avid guy, and worse, the clips will playback but not from the timeline. We need a guru to either export the clips successfully to Avid or to configure our FCP so we can edit on that. Call:

Ask for Ken or Tip

Yeah Cole, you're two hours later than they are. It's still 6 am on the west coast as I type this.

2nd Camera Unit - Berlin

I'm looking for someone with an HDV 24p camera that lives in Berlin, Germany that would like to contribute to a short film by providing a few night time exterior establishing shots. It is a spy flick to be completed as a B&W, and takes place during the Cold War. Any help greatly appreciated.

George Heredia April 30th, 2007 07:11 PM

I'm up for that. I have a brand new Canon XH-A1 and tripod. What is the ceremony about? I can do it. I'm in L.A. but have family in Vegas, so not a problem.

Vladimir Chaloupka April 30th, 2007 09:29 PM

....have been contacted by videographer--just waiting for confirmation...
Thanks!
