If it is any use, you are welcome to the original SI2K camera files. There is little of extra interest on them other than the creatures parking their butts on the camera and blocking the view or the trembling rumbles when they sit on the mike pole.

I need a second videographer in the Twin Cities to shoot a dance recital on June 9th, 2013. Needs to have two HD cameras: one static, one follow; preferably Canon MXF format. I just need you to shoot the performances, I'll do the editing.

The deliverables will be the interview footage and location b-roll and should take a couple of hours. HDV Tape to HD needed
 

I learned a lesson - I filmed with 3 JVC cameras in a new studio, these were iso for edits later if needed. I have no way of digatizing them. I guess JVC does not play well with my canon HV20 I use as a drop deck

Anybody help ... will need asap

What JVC cameras were they? You can't transfer off one off those? Digitise to what format?

I can however I would need to be at the studio for approx 5 hours and I just do not have that kind of time block to give right now ..

Your HV20 is 60i, so it's only normal that the 30P tape won't play.

Video equipment hire - Israel
 

I am looking for 'n place where I can rent video equipment in or around Jerusalem for an upcoming project. If someone here could point me in the right direction, it will be greatly appreciated.

I have googled this but since I have never been to Israel, I would rather hear from someone who has personal experience with this.

I just need some basic equipment:
1.) Probably HDV camera (Sony Z5,etc)
2.) Tripod
3.) Mics (shotgun + lavs)
4.) Lights
