canopus xplode transitions disappeared
 

need help. my canopus xplode transitions disappeared in ppro 1.5. treid reinstalling, nothing happens. a dialogue box pops up looking for fx launcher.

what should i do? thanks

I'm not to familiar with the way Canopus installs its things. However you will probably need to un-install and re-install Premiere as well as the Canopus drivers and plug ins. and then re-install as in the instructions supplied with your card.

You might also want to try browsing the canopus forums, or getting in contact directly with them.

Anyone else come across this who use Canopus hardware?
