FireStore FS-100
 

I recently purchased a Canon XL2, and I'd love to go tapeless. I've bid on a number of FS-100's on ebay, but I've constantly outbid.

However, I read some horror stories about the FS-100, and now I'm starting wonder if this is the best direction to go. I been investigating the DN-300 and users seem to be satisfied with its performance. Any comments?
