Sharing Dr-100 Between Hd-100 And Z1
 

Does anyone use the Focus Enhancements DR-100 on the JVC GY-HD100 camera family -- and also use it separately on the Sony Z1. Does it work adequately when used on the Sony cam.

Any advice appreciated thanks.

The firewire signal still stays a valid HDV signal which the unit can capture.
The DR-HD100 has some extra features to be able to see data in the viewfinder of the JVC-HDxxx camera, and to remotely shutdown the DR-HD100 when powering of the JVC camera.
