Cloud Time Lapse - Final Cut Pro
Hey everyone, I was just wondering what the differences would happen to be when doing a cloud time-lapse in Final Cut Pro between having the "Blend Frames" option checked and not having it checked. I have an hour worth of the sky with the clouds moving and I'm "lapsing" it down to about 40 seconds. I'm working in 1080i; Maybe I should be de-interlacing for this type of project?

I've done some day-to-night stuff on DV...
Yeah, I'd deinterlace the footage first. I tried both with and without Frame Blending. "With" made it a very cumbersome render, not to mention that it looked pretty bad. I would suggest not using it. |
