capture problem FX1 to FCPHD

We are having a problem capturing with FCPHD from a FX1 footage that was shot in HDV.
We have device control, and it will capture in DV, but it will not capture in HDV.
Any suggestions?

You need Final Cut Pro 5. FCP 4.5, aka Final Cut Pro HD, won't work.
