Spec me an external recorder
 

Hi, I am using a PMW320 camera.and use a NanoFlash as backup recording.
I record weddings and having an external recorder as backup is very important to me.

I intend to buy a camera smaller in size and lighter in weight at some stage.

May be something along the lines of a Sony Z90, I don't think I would go as far price wise, as the Z280.
I also have a GH4 and thought of buying a GH5r but the external recorder is first on my list.

The NF is perfect for my needs, it draws its power via the camera from my V Lock batteries.

I would like something that's doesn't eat batteries.

Any ideas guys and thanks in advance.

I was wondering if a used HXR-FMU128 would be worth looking for.
