I would suggest white balancing so that the snow is white at all times. that will make it 100x better in my mind.

Looks really great! How is it that you're shooting at 2000 and 2500 ISO and not getting much grain? The image looks pretty darn clear to me. Is that because it's playing in a smaller window on vimeo?
