DVD studio pro alpha matte transitions
 

If you apply a transition in DVD studio pro 4, can it transition from the frame you are on? It looks like it automatically transitions from the first frame, or a frame of your choice. But that causes a jump cut in the video. can't it transition from the frame you are currently looking at, instead of the same frame every time?
